• Turn the items inside out before washing
• Machine wash cold, on a gentle setting
• Do not wash with items that have a lot of lint or rough fabric
• Hang to dry or tumble dry on a low setting

  We craft our apparel with love and attention to detail. Our All Over Print Items currently are printed in the United States. Other items are mainly printed in Canada.

  Our All Over Print items use sublimation printing where the image becomes a permanent part of the garment. It will never peel or crack. The ink and fabric used is top quality. Multiple quality checks are done throughout production assuring high-quality standards.

We aim for low impact on our environment. Our products are custom made to order, creating only what is necessary.

  BCWA products are custom made to order. That being said we are not able to exchange or return items that have been ordered where you would like a different size or color. If you have made a mistake in your order please email us promptly, (by the end of the day),  so we can cancel the order and you can reorder your products in the right color and size as items are submitted to production by the end of each day.

  If you have received your item and it is damaged, defective, or a different size from what you had ordered please email us a clear photo and we can return your item within 15 days of you receiving your  item. If product package was damaged in delivery please send a photo of your damaged package as well.

  The sizing tolerance from our manufacturer is +/-1” for adult garments and +/-0.5” for baby clothing. This would not be considered a defect.

  We currently ship only within Canada. 

  Canada standard shipping base rate is $14.95

  Tracking number is included in confirmation email after items are shipped.

  Since our products are custom made to order, they may take 1-5 days to create. Then they are shipped out to you through standard shipping which is usually takes about a week or two.
