Returns

  BCWA products are custom made to order. That being said we are not able to exchange or return items that have been ordered where you would like a different size or color. If you have made a mistake in your order please email us promptly, (by the end of the day),  so we can cancel the order and you can reorder your products in the right color and size as items are submitted to production by the end of each day.

  If you have received your item and it is damaged, defective, or a different size from what you had ordered please email us a clear photo and we can return your item within 15 days of you receiving your  item. If product package was damaged in delivery please send a photo of your damaged package as well.

  The sizing tolerance from our manufacturer is +/-1” for adult garments and +/-0.5” for baby clothing. This would not be considered a defect.
